MAN depot, former Ripaults factory
Listed Grade II. Built in about 1930 by A. H. Durnford. A rare surviving example of stuccoed, flat roof Art Deco "decorated shed" with characteristic horizontal strip windows curving into the returns. - [i]Treasures of Enfield[/i], p.31. 
Originally Ripaults factory for the manufacture of automotive electrical cables and components, it was later a depot for the truck manufacturer MAN (Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg). It is currently empty and has suffered from graffiti and vandalism.
